Recently, people have increasingly begun to complain about joint health problems; they occur even in completely healthy people. But there are also those that some doctors call age-related. The use of triple cologne for joints can help in this matter - this is an excellent replacement for expensive pharmaceutical drugs advertised. At the same time, medicinal products based on it can be easily prepared at home, and the effectiveness after use will not be long in coming.

Diseases of the musculoskeletal system

Reasons that can provoke problems with joints in the body:

  • degeneration,
  • sedentary lifestyle,
  • injuries,
  • infections,
  • diabetes,
  • arthritis and arthrosis,
  • fractures,
  • hypothermia,
  • pathologies of the endocrine system.

Painful symptoms may indicate the presence of diseases such as:

  • gout,
  • osteochondrosis,
  • bursitis and others.

How cologne works

There is information that this perfume was originally created as a medicinal product and was called “Cologne Water”. Then aromatic oils were added to its composition and presented to Napoleon as fragrant water.

This substance has the following properties:

  • warming,
  • regenerating,
  • anti-inflammatory,
  • antiseptic.

Nowadays, it is rich in essential oils: nutmeg, sage, bergamot, lavender, coriander, geranium. The alcohol began to be diluted with water to reduce possible irritation, as well as rapid evaporation. It received its medicinal properties due to the presence of essential oils. Alcohol acts as a preservative and solvent.

The spice is used to cleanse the liver and intestines along with wormwood, tansy and other anthelmintic herbs. Read more about cloves for worms in our other article.
  • Cloves for low blood pressure. The uniqueness of this spice is that it can simultaneously tone and relax. For example, it relaxes the muscles of the stomach and intestines, the nervous system, but it tones the muscles of the uterus and the cardiovascular system. This spice can only be useful for hypotension (low blood pressure).
  • Digestion. Relieves spasms of the stomach and intestines, normalizes digestion, acts as a carminative, and eliminates flatulence. It treats inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract - liver, stomach, intestines. The spice is especially useful for gastritis with low acidity, stimulates the production of enzymes, improves appetite, and helps with nausea, belching, and vomiting.
  • For the nervous system. Cloves help relax the nervous system; they drink it for neuroses, sleep disorders, headaches, and memory problems.

It is used with zinc oxide to prepare cement, temporary fillings, therapeutic, orthopedic, insulating pads, and for making impressions. In addition, decoctions and infusions of cloves help with toothache, relieve inflammation of the gums, and heal wounds with aphthous stomatitis. Cloves are often included in medications for periodontal disease.
  • Diseases of blood vessels, muscles and joints. The product strengthens blood vessels and bones, helps relieve rheumatic pain, lowers cholesterol levels, and normalizes metabolism.
  • Antitumor drug. The spice clove is described in folk medicine as a means of fighting cancer. Research on the antitumor properties of the plant was conducted in China and the USA. Alternative medicine is rich in various recipes for joints with triple cologne. So an additional component could be:

  • analgin, which will help quickly relieve inflammation and calm pain,
  • camphor oil has an antimicrobial and local irritant effect,
  • Iodine is a powerful antiseptic.

You can also use plants:

  • cinquefoil and golden mustache – reduce pain and inflammation,
  • Valerian has a calming effect.

This use of joint rubs with triple cologne will help:

  • dilate blood vessels,
  • relieve inflammatory processes,
  • improve general condition and well-being,
  • minimize pain,
  • nourish soft tissues and nearby structures.

This remedy is mainly recommended for use for:

  • osteochondrosis,
  • pinched nerves,
  • arthrosis and arthritis,
  • intervertebral hernia,
  • myositis.

Rubbing triple cologne and analgin for joints is recommended for use before bed. The duration of this procedure is 1.5 weeks. Then a break for 5 days. If necessary, it is worth repeating.

The main requirement is compliance with proportions, as well as correct application. In addition, it would not be superfluous to consult a doctor before starting the procedures. If you do not adhere to all requirements, an overdose may occur.

How does rubbing work?

Analgin has a strong pain reliever. Taken orally, the drug quickly blocks headaches, muscle pain, toothache, copes well with spasms, and helps reduce inflammation.

Locally, the medicine also has an analgesic effect. Even if you dilute crushed analgin with water and apply the mixture to the area of the sore joint and rub it in, you can feel noticeable relief, but it is much more effective to combine the drug with other medicines and plants (see How to cure joints using alternative medicine).

For example, using camphor alcohol you can relieve irritation and reduce discomfort. In addition, camphor alcohol is considered an antibacterial substance.

Thanks to its effects, pain and inflammation are reduced. In addition, the drug dilates blood vessels, which improves nutrition of the joints.

Iodine is an antiseptic substance. In rubbing, it is needed to play a distracting role, irritating the epithelial receptors. Alcohol has a similar effect. Additionally, it warms the joint, a pleasant warmth that spreads throughout the body alleviates the patient’s condition.

Inflammation and pain are perfectly eliminated by cinquefoil in combination with golden mustache. To enhance the analgesic effect, Menovazin is added to the drug mixture. This drug contains anesthesin and novocaine.

The medication itself is an excellent drug that quickly relieves pain. In terms of its effect, it is in no way inferior to analgin (in the prescription, these drugs act as synergists, that is, they enhance the effect of each other). In addition, the drug contains menthol, which gives a pleasant feeling of freshness and coolness.

Valerian tincture is necessary in order to have a calming effect, because some components of the medicine have an irritating effect. In addition, the plant also helps cope with pain quite well. Its essential oils soothe and moisturize the skin, reduce inflammation and swelling.

At the end of the effect of the medicine, it should be washed off the skin with soapy water. Due to the effects of alcohol and iodine, the skin can become very dry; it is advisable to apply cosmetic oil or nourishing cream to it.

  • decrease in blood pressure,

Clove tincture for cough. Useful properties of cloves for sore throat

The most valuable component in cloves is the essential oil, which has an antimicrobial effect. Since pathogenic microflora grows during sore throat, the spice enters into an active fight against colonies of viruses and bacteria.

  1. Cloves for a sore throat are a quick and effective method. The easiest option is to chew a spice bud. Clove infusion helps at the first signs of a cold, sore throat, and for the prevention of diseases.
  2. Cloves for a runny nose are used in the form of a decoction. It is enough to drip a couple of drops of liquid into the nasal cavity three times a day to prevent inflammation from spreading further.
  3. For coughs, cloves are used both independently and in combination with other spices and ingredients. Decoctions, tinctures and teas significantly improve the patient’s condition, reduce coughing attacks and promote rapid recovery.

The above manipulations can prevent the appearance of sore throat and protect the human immune system from attack by bacteria, viruses and fungi. Although the healing properties of the spice in inflammatory processes are enormous, it is better to consult a specialist with the question “how to take cloves for medicinal purposes.”
