Description of pharmacological action
Provides the body with substances needed to protect and regenerate joints. Thanks to a unique combination of glucosamine, MSM, Boswellia Serrata bark extract and manganese, ArthroStop Plus has a positive effect on increasing the strength and mechanical properties of joints, as well as reducing the feeling of stiffness in the joints. Glucosamine is a structural component of articular cartilage, responsible for strength and flexibility. It is normally found in the human body and is an important component for the synthesis of collagen and other compounds that are responsible for the elasticity and flexibility of cartilage.

ArthroStop® Rapid+ contains highly effective scientifically proven substances for the health and nutrition of joints - glucosamine sulfate, chondroitin sulfate,
Boswellin® , and a new special ExPur complex, which consists of type II collagen and vitamin C.
Glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin sulfate are simple building components of articular cartilage and other connective tissues - bones, ligaments and tendons, which improve their structure, maintain elasticity and flexibility. Boswellin® supports and maintains joint health and flexibility.
The new ExPur complex is a special functional combination of type II collagen and vitamin C. Type II collagen supports joint health, and vitamin C improves collagen formation and normal functioning of the musculoskeletal system.
Thanks to these properties, Arthrostop® Rapid+ improves the overall condition of joints and accelerates cartilage regeneration processes.

Arthrostop Rapid - the daily dose of the drug for adults is 3 tablets. in a day . For greater convenience, this dose can be divided into several doses. The course of treatment is 4-12 weeks. If necessary, this treatment can be repeated no earlier than after 2 months.
Arthrostop Plus - daily dose is 1 tablet . for an adult patient. The duration of treatment should be at least 2 weeks.
The duration of the treatment period is determined by a specialist, depending on the severity of the disease and the therapeutic effect of the drug.
Since no data have been found on the effect of the components of this product on the children's body, its use by persons under 12 years of age is strictly prohibited.
To enhance the therapeutic effect, experts recommend the simultaneous use of Arthrostop tablets in combination with cream.
The cream is rubbed into the damaged or most vulnerable areas of the joints 2 times a day, for at least 2 weeks in a row .

Forms of release and composition of drugs
Arthrostop Rapid - produced in the form of tablets of 810 mg. The active ingredients are: glucosamine sulfate – 534 mg. chondroitin sulfate – 200 mg. dry extract of Indian incense tree (Boswellia Serrata) – 50 mg. potassium permanganate – 1.54 mg. ascorbic acid – 9.88 mg. additional substances: carboxymethylcellulose, magnesium stearate, dicalcium phosphate, silicon dioxide and others.
Arthrostop Plus - produced in the form of tablets of 1055 mg. The active ingredients are: glucosamine hydrochloride – 500 mg. boswellia extract (frankincense tree) – 5.4 mg. methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) – 100 mg. potassium permanganate – 325 mg. auxiliary - lecithin, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide and others.
Arthrostop Cream – 100 ml. It contains: glucosamine sulfate, methylsulfonylmethane, boswellin. In addition to these substances, it contains essential oils of eucalyptus, juniper, camphor, and menthol. Unfortunately, at the moment, the release of the drug in the form of a cream has been completely discontinued. Instead, a complete analogue of Proenzi cream appeared on the pharmaceutical market.
Pharmacological characteristics of the drug
Chondroitin sulfate – promotes the rapid formation and regeneration of bone and cartilage tissue. Prevents excessive compression of bone tissue, increases the production of synovial fluid, and improves the mobility of damaged joints. It has a pronounced analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect, reduces the need for non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
When taken orally, it is quickly absorbed from the digestive tract. The maximum amount of the drug in the blood is detected after 3 hours. Has the ability to accumulate in synovial fluid. It is excreted primarily by the kidneys.
Glucosamine hydrochloride – normalizes the production of aminoglycans, inhibits the development of degenerative processes in cartilage and bone tissue, and increases the amount of synovial fluid produced. It has a pronounced analgesic, chondroprotective and anti-inflammatory effect.
After oral administration, it is quickly and completely absorbed from the small intestine. The maximum concentration in the blood is reached after 2-3 hours. The bioavailability of the substance is about 25%. Half of the dose taken is excreted from the body with exhaled carbon dioxide, about 40% is excreted unchanged in the urine. A small amount of the dose taken (approximately 2%) is excreted in the feces.
Dry extract of Indian incense tree resin (Boswellia) - the action is based on blocking the production of leukotrienes, which makes it similar to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. It does not have a detrimental effect on the mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal tract or other undesirable effects.
