Starting position lying on your back:

  1. Raise one leg low in the air. Next you need to bend it at the knee and pull it towards the body. Keep your leg suspended. Lower down and repeat with the other leg. Then perform the exercise with both legs at the same time.
  2. Hands should be palms down (under the buttocks). One leg should be lifted up, bent and straightened. You need to repeat the exercise with each leg several times.
  3. Your hands should rest under your buttocks, palms down. Raise your lower body into the air and simulate cycling with your legs.
  4. Extend your arms at right angles to your body. Raise your lower body, bend your knees. First, take one leg to the side without straightening it, then the other. Return your legs to their original position.
  5. You should be on your back with your feet resting on a hard vertical surface (for example, a wall). Move towards the wall without removing your legs until your buttocks feel the wall.

It is important to work with breathing. You should exhale at the moment of holding the position, at the end of the exercise.

Starting position lying on your side:

  1. The legs should be bent and pressed towards the body. Twist up as much as possible and take a fetal position. Movements are slow.
  2. Straighten your legs. Lie on one side, raising your upper leg up without bending. Repeat, turning over to the other side.
  3. Bend the lower leg that lies on the surface at the knee. Take the straight upper leg first forward and then back.

Causes

According to medical statistics, the most common cause of sciatic neuralgia is a herniated vertebral disc resulting from osteochondrosis. Gradually the speed and frequency of the exercise increases. Crawling on all fours becomes painless. For men, you can use the bar to press your knees to your chest while exhaling. Do not be alarmed by lumbago in the lower back. The main thing is not to jump on the floor after hanging, but to descend carefully with the help of a chair or bench. You can further strengthen these exercises by performing them on an inclined board. Gradually increase the range of motion, which will create the effect of stretching the lower back muscles. Of course, it is better to perform these exercises under the supervision of a doctor.
