The healing properties of aloe and the plant’s effect on joints. Recipes for preparing medicinal products

Arthritis and arthrosis are collective names that combine a number of inflammatory and degenerative-dystrophic lesions of the joints.

Movable joints of bones suffer as a result of exposure to infections, various metabolic disorders, physical injuries, due to unevenly distributed load. Often several joints are involved in the pathology: fingers, knees, elbows, shoulders, neck - polyarthritis develops.

Symptoms depend on the form of the disease and the degree of changes in tissues. Arthritis and polyarthritis occur in acute and chronic forms with regular exacerbations.

Due to inflammatory, erosive processes, pinched nerve endings, and joint deformities, the disease is accompanied by severe excruciating pain, swelling and impaired mobility of the problem area. When moving, a characteristic crunch may appear in the sore joint.

Treatment of such diseases is carried out in a complex: compulsory gymnastics, special diet, oral and local application of medications, physiotherapy. Among other methods, the use of traditional medicine recipes is quite successful.

Compresses or rubbing: which is better and why?

Compresses and rubbing affect the joints directly through the skin. The action of the former is based on a gradual impact, the latter - on a rapid one. In some cases (for example, in severe illness), compresses are preferable. Rubbing is suitable for mild forms of the disease.

Compresses

They are applied at night. They help well with chronic and acute arthritis. How to make Just mix the necessary ingredients, heat to 60⁰C and cool until warm. Prepare 1-2 hours before the session.

For best effect, use after 1 day.

Ingredients

Rubbing

Rubs are used for external use. They have a beneficial effect on joints due to absorption through the skin. With this method, healing occurs faster than with internal administration, but requires more effort.
