  1. The essence of the exercise is to lift the leg from a lying position. To do this, you need to place your body on a hard and level surface. The upper limbs should lie along the body, and the lower limbs should be fully extended. Raise your straight legs one by one 15 cm from the floor surface and hold your legs in the air, using your muscles. It is recommended to do 8-10 repetitions.
  2. Take a “lying” position on your stomach and lift your straightened lower limbs up. If possible, try to slowly move them apart while hanging. The number of lifts is 5-8.
  3. Standing on the floor, rest your upper limbs against any surface located in front (for example, the back of a chair). Straining your calf muscles, you need to rise on your toes and smoothly lower. Perform at least 12 repetitions at a steady pace.

Gymnastics for the hip joint

  1. Taking a “lying” position on your back, fully straighten your lower limbs and point your arms along your body. Slowly lift your pelvis up 20 cm and try to hold it in this position for 1 minute. Do this exercise 3-4 times a day.
  2. Sit on the floor, bend one leg at the knee and clasp it with your upper limbs. Try to pull it as close to your body as possible. Lock in this position for 1 minute and smoothly return to the starting position. Do this up to 4 times a day.
